How do we do this you ask?
Here's a few reasons:
•We're available when you need us - just call, fax or e-mail
•We respond back in a reasonable amount of time - always
•We anticipate the needs of our customers, which helps to promote even better customer service.
•We return RFQs sometimes on the spot, or at least within a couple of hours. If the RFQ involves many steps or is complicated, we still usually return within 24hrs.
•Once we accept a printing project, we always gather all information needed to guarantee success with the project. We never assume anything.
•When working on a job, we proactively look for common pitfalls that may have been inadvertently designed into the job, allowing the opportunity to correct the problem before it starts costing money and delaying a project.
•We actively monitor every job through the process of taking the order, proofing the job, printing, bindery, and delivery, with through quality control steps along the way.
•If the job is not being delivered to the customer, we send samples out the same day to the purchaser.
•We expedite billing, and you only get billed for what you expect to get billed for, not the original quote and a bunch of unapproved adds to your bill as you find in so many other commercial shops.
We don't stop there either. If there is ever a problem, you are 100% certain it will be taken care of on your terms, not ours, and it will be worked out in a fair and responsible manner. It is very rare that we have a disappointed customer, but when we do, we will go to any length to correct the problem to the satisfaction of the customer.
